We have an office in Christchurch, managed by Jennifer. With the use of our online portal we have the ability to support clients from anywhere in the UK.
We offer bookkeeping services on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. We also facilitate organisations in developing quarterly management accounts.
We provide bookkeeping services on recognised accounting systems such as Xero, Sage Accounts, Quickbooks, Xero and Excel.
Our payroll service has been streamlined to include auto-enrolment, workplace pension scheme and managing pensions contributions. We cover all aspects of your payroll requirements including P45’s and P60’s, RTI reporting and liaising with HMRC.
S&W has a vast experience in these sectors, and our client base includes organisations and individuals from various industries including Construction, Health care, Retail, Health and Beauty and offshore contracting.

Jennifer qualified as a bookkeeper in 1998 and has built up her client base whilst continuing to work in this sector. Recently providing her with the opportunity to set up her own company with her brother Richard Salter last year.
Jennifer also has a wealth of experience working in payroll and combines her excellent organisational skills with her friendly customer service to ensure her clients are more than satisfied with their overall care.
Jennifer is a modern day business women who is passionate about Salter and Weare breaking barriers between clients and their apprehensions with bookkeeping.

Richard has been working in the payroll industry for 10 years and has recently qualified as a bookkeeper to keep up with the growing demand in this sector.
He started Salter and Weare with his sister Jennifer Salter last year, combining her expertise in Bookkeeping with his skills in payroll to create a company that can provide a universal approach for their clients with regards to all things finance.
His background in I.T. has been a driving force to ensure client satisfaction runs smoothly alongside the ever-developing digital age.
A devoted family man and a head for business has enabled him to provide his clients with the ability to focus on their companies whilst achieving a healthy work/life balance.
Office Admin / Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Claire recently joined Salter and Weare in September 2019 off the back of their success. Keeping them in the loop with a high demand for ‘web presence’ and supporting Jennifer and Richard with general office duties.
As a working mother and Richards Partner, she has a vested interest in supporting their business in any way she can.
