Clients can view the history of all transactions, transfer and retrieve files, and fill out different forms online.
We find this helps people who aren’t always in a position to work on regular working days and for employees who may not work with computers to access their pay credentials.
Our business hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, however for our payroll service we can work out of hours for certain circumstantial situations.
